A training path to a
new beginning
Real Estate Closing Path provides training in the real estate closing industry. Pre-closers, closers, and post-closers assist attorneys in prepping and processing the documents in a real estate transaction.
WORKSHOPS
We offer nine different training workshops for those who are already employed in the industry and wish to fill in any knowledge gaps or advance their skills. These workshops are specifically designed for paralegals, realtors, or attorneys. We can also customize a training workshop to fit your firm's needs or bring a Lunch & Learn to your office!

Our beginner course trains individuals in all the fundamentals of closing, including how to read a contract, understanding the closing timeline, title and lender basics, industry vocabulary, etc.
